I saw Chlos today in the cafe street and he has changed!

What is he wearing? Is it a sort of badge? I think he is the chief of police. HHHHMMMMM... I just have one more question. WHO IS CHLOS?! Some chobots think Chlos is an escaped pet. I think he got his legs and head eaten by Chopix! LOL! Just weirding out.
